Job summary

Incedo Inc. seeks an experienced Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Bio-Pharma and 340B knowledge to bridge business stakeholders, data teams, and IT.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements and work across SDLC in an Agile/Scrum environment. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, developing BRDs/FRDs, mapping data flows, supporting 340B processes, and coordinating SIT/UAT.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst/BSA experience.
• Strong Bio-Pharma/Life Sciences experience with hands-on 340B domain knowledge.
• Strong documentation and requirements-management skills.
• Understanding of 340B processes and pharmaceutical data/workflows.
• Strong technical understanding of SQL, data analysis, data mapping, integrations, and data validation.
• Experience with SIT/UAT, Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from Bio-Pharma and 340B stakeholders.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules.
• Support 340B processes including 340B pricing, eligibility, covered entities, contract pharmacies, claims, and compliance-related workflows.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with technical teams on data mapping, data flows, system integrations, APIs, and business rules.
• Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks using SQL and other analytical tools.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect analysis, production validation, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, architects, QA, data engineers, compliance, finance, and business SMEs in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Maintain clear project documentation and ensure requirements are traceable throughout the SDLC.
