Talking Stick Resort is seeking a Bingo Shift Supervisor (Full-Time) to support the Bingo Lead Supervisor and manage daily floor operations at Casino Arizona. You will train staff, coordinate shifts, and help drive promotional initiatives while upholding policy and compliance standards.
The role requires strong leadership, cash handling skills, and adherence to PCI/AML training requirements, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Summary
The Bingo Shift Supervisor assists the Bingo Lead Supervisor in the hiring, training of staff to ensure the overall efficient operation of the Bingo department.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly manages the Bingo Floor Clerk, Paper Room Attendant, Paymaster and the Bingo Caller in the Bingo Department and assists the Bingo Manager in responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all Bingo staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education And/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED required. Some college or vocational training/education beyond high school is preferred. One or more years engaged in Bingo operations or two or more years in management. Knowledge of Casino Cage operations of financial banking cashier is desirable.
Computer Skills
Basic PC required.

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
