Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a profitable book of binding authority business
Evaluate referrals, pricing and form coverage recommendations
Maintain up-to-date market intelligence and underwriting best practices and communicate to partners
Oversee audits, analyze claim trends, and implement corrective actions when needed
Collaborate cross-functionally and support form development
Represent the organization at key meetings and agency functions

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of P&C underwriting experience, ideally in binding authority or small commercial
Excellent communicator and team-oriented approach
Strong decision-making and analytical skills
