Responsibilities

• Set up and operate bindery equipment (perfect binders, cutters, folders, collators, stitchers).
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor quality and conduct final inspections.
• Lead crew activities, train junior operators, and ensure safety.
• Plan operations and coordinate with other departments to meet schedules.
• Document production data and maintain safety records.
