The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with traditional bindery equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn and run multiple machines, including binders, cutters, and collators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years experience operating traditional commercial bindery equipment.
• Ability to set up, operate, and maintain multiple bindery machines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage projects.
