Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate bindery machines (perfect binders, cutters, folders, collators, stitchers).
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, minimize downtime.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor production, ensure quality control, perform final inspections.
• Leadership & Training: Direct crew activities, train junior operators, ensure safety and efficiency.
• Workflow Management: Interpret job orders, plan operations, coordinate with departments to meet schedules.

Wage: $25.25/hour with an increase in 6 months if eligible

• Equipment Operation:Set up, adjust, and operate complex bindery machines such as perfect binders, cutters, folders, collators, and stitchers.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance:Diagnose and resolve complex operating and mechanical issues, perform routine maintenance, and minimize downtime.
• Quality Assurance:Monitor production, ensure quality control, and conduct final inspections.
• Leadership & Training:Direct crew activities, train junior operators, and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Workflow Management:Interpret job orders, plan operations, and coordinate with other departments to meet schedules.
• Documentation & Safety:Document production data, maintain records, and follow safety protocols.

• Experience:Typically 3-5+ years in bindery operations, with experience in complex projects or leadership.
