DCG ONE is seeking an experienced Bindery Operator to run multiple bindery and finishing machines in a fast-paced print production environment. The role emphasizes operating folding machines, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering high-quality output on a stable team.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in Bindery/Finishing, a track record of reliable machine operation, and the ability to thrive in a growing company on the Seattle production floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of Bindery/Finishing machine operation experience.
• Must pass a Public Trust Security Clearance.
• Strong attention to quality and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time operation of Bindery machines and maintain quality output.
• Troubleshoot issues and report to program manager.
• Perform standard bindery operations to support assembly floor.
• Identify defective materials and escalate to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and perform preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
