Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction documents and codes.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and CAD standards.
• Experience with BIM/CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction drawings and documentation from sketches using BIM and CAD.
• Develop and modify architectural and structural models per standards.
• Coordinate drawings across architecture, structural, and MEP to resolve clashes.
• Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with codes.
• Assist project engineers and managers with document prep and revisions.
• Manage drawing sets, reference files, view templates, and sheets.
• Perform site plan reviews and assess grading impacts on building systems.
• Apply CAD/BIM standards and maintain consistent documentation.
• Respond to RFIs and support construction administration.
• Work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance when needed.
