1st St. NW Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Sr. BIM Specialist to develop detailed 3D models using Revit and collaborate with architects and engineers to produce accurate BIM models.

You will create 2D/3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs while maintaining BIM models through the project lifecycle, ensuring integration and adherence to BIM standards.

Formación

• Proficiency in BIM software tools (Revit, Navisworks and/or AutoCAD) required.
• Understanding of building systems and construction methodologies required.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Familiarity with BIM protocols (COBie, IFC, BIM Execution Plans)
