Qualifications

• Lead Management experience, not assistant, in BIM/VDC on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural systems, transportation experience a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with scheduling and cost teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall BIM execution plan from preconstruction through construction.
• Lead model coordination across disciplines and maintain model integrity.
• Integrate 3D models with scheduling and cost systems.

Skills

Lead Management experience in BIM/VDC

Knowledge of civil and structural systems

Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit

Experience leading coordination meetings

Understanding of clash detection

Education

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
