Thomas & Hutton is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead Revit and CAD standards across Structural, Civil, and Environmental Engineering. You will coordinate large, data-rich geospatial models and support BIM workflows with IT and engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• ACP - Revit certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of Revit/AutoCAD experience in engineering environments with standards development.
• Proven ability to coordinate large geospatial datasets and models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain firm-wide Revit standards, templates, libraries, and workflows.
• Coordinate Revit with AutoCAD and Civil 3D standards for consistency.
• Support BIM workflows and standards in IT and engineering leadership.
• Coordinate imports/exports between structural analysis software and Revit.
• Manage large, data-rich models including survey data and point clouds.
• Model environmental systems and site infrastructure coordination.
• Provide technical support, training, and mentoring to staff.
• Ensure compliance with firm standards and BIM requirements.
