Qualifications

• 7–10 years minimum experience in AEC with BIM coordination.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration platforms (BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Strong understanding of clash detection and LOD (AIA G202) specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Model coordination across disciplines into a single federated model and maintain shared origin points.
• Lead regular clash detection and coordination workshops to resolve design conflicts.
• Develop project-specific BEP and enforce BIM standards and naming conventions.
• Manage the CDE platform and data structures, permissions, and workflows.
• Review vendor/supplier models for LOD compliance before coordination.
• Track progress against milestones and maintain risk/log linkage to schedule/cost.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and provide training and support to project teams.
• Compile final models and COBie/asset data at project closeout.
