Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years BIM/VDC experience.
• 3+ years in BIM leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing large-scale electrical models and coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM execution for medium-to-large electrical projects.
• Develop and manage project BEPs and model standards.
• Supervise BIM Specialists/Coordinators and mentor staff.
• Interface with engineers, project managers, field teams to resolve conflicts.
• Maintain BIM standards and drive automation tools and innovative workflows.
