Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Drafting, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM execution for medium-to-large, complex electrical projects.
- Develop and manage BEP (BIM Execution Plans).
- Oversee model setup, model health and standards compliance.
- Support constructability analysis using federated models.
- Direct clash detection and issue resolution workflows.
- Supervise advanced modeling of power, lighting, fire alarm, low-voltage systems, raceway, and equipment layouts.
