Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior BIM Specialist to lead hands-on BIM delivery for data-center and advanced manufacturing projects. You will drive BIM standards, mentoring, and coordination across disciplines while developing complex Revit models and BEPs.

This is a nationwide opportunity with a hybrid work policy and offices across the United States. You will stay hands-on in design and construction documents, guide teams through model management, and ensure constructible, coordinated outcomes across

Qualifications

Extensive BIM/design experience supporting complex facilities and data-center projects.
Significant structural BIM and structural construction-document experience.
Advanced experience with Revit Structure and complex families/details.
Experience with ISO 19650 information-management principles and IFC/openBIM workflows.

Responsibilities

Provide senior BIM and Digital Delivery leadership for multidisciplinary projects.
Lead BIM standards, workflows, and BEP development across the lifecycle.
Mentor BIM designers and engineers to improve model quality and coordination.
Develop and review detailed Revit models and construction documents.
Coordinate models across disciplines and manage federated models.
