Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior BIM Specialist to lead hands-on BIM/model work and set project standards for multidisciplinary data-center and advanced manufacturing projects across the United States. You’ll mentor designers, coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams, develop BEPs, and ensure constructible, buildable models and documents using Revit and related tools.

Qualifications

Extensive BIM/design experience on data-center, mission-critical, or advanced manufacturing facilities.
Significant experience with Revit and BIM coordination.
Familiarity with ISO 19650 information-management principles.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level BIM and Digital Delivery leadership for complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Lead BIM standards, workflows, BEPs, and model coordination across the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain MIDP/TIDP and IFC/openBIM workflows; resolve clashes and model-health issues.
Mentor BIM designers and engineers; support field coordination and RFIs as required.
Collaborate with multiple disciplines to ensure constructible, accurate, and coordinated designs.
