Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior BIM Specialist to lead hands-on BIM delivery for data centers and advanced manufacturing projects. You will work across structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical disciplines, mentoring teams and ensuring model quality.

This role requires deep Revit and BIM standards expertise, coordination of multi-project scopes, and active involvement in project delivery from concept through construction admin. Hybrid work across U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Extensive BIM/design experience supporting data centers, mission-critical facilities, or advanced manufacturing.
• Significant structural BIM and construction-document experience.
• Advanced experience with Revit Structure.
• Experience coordinating multiple disciplines and design teams.
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 information-management principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior BIM and Digital Delivery leadership for complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Lead BIM standards, workflows, modeling methodologies, and Digital Delivery requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead or support development, implementation, and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Establish project-specific modeling strategies, file structures, model breakdowns, worksharing practices, naming conventions, coordination procedures, and deliverable requirements.
• Interpret client BIM requirements and translate them into practical project workflows for engineering and design teams.
• Support implementation of applicable BIM and information-management standards, including ISO 19650 principles and requirements, where required by the project.
• Serve as a senior technical resource for project teams in resolving complex BIM, Revit, coordination, interoperability, and model-management issues.
• Partner with Digital Delivery leadership to advance BIM standards, best practices, automation, and continuous improvement.
