Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior BIM Specialist to lead hands-on BIM development for data center and manufacturing facilities. You will drive model quality, coordinate across engineering disciplines, and mentor teams while delivering complex, constructible designs.

You will stay hands-on with Revit modeling, BEP development, and ISO 19650-aligned workflows, ensuring timely collaboration across dispersed teams and project phases.

Qualifications

• Extensive BIM/design experience supporting data centers and mission-critical facilities.
• Significant structural BIM and structural construction-document experience.
• Advanced experience with Revit Structure and complex structural families.
• Experience coordinating structural steel, concrete, and other complex systems.
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 information-management principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior BIM and Digital Delivery leadership for complex projects.
• Lead BIM standards, workflows, modeling methodologies, and BEPs.
• Develop and maintain BEPs and modeling strategies for projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and federated datasets across teams.
• Mentor BIM designers and engineers to raise proficiency and consistency.
• Support QA/QC reviews and resolve model issues.
• Advance BIM standards and automation within Digital Delivery.
