Job summary

Quiddity is seeking a Senior BIM Technician in Texas to support engineers and drafters in producing complete BIM and CAD drawings, layouts, and profiles. You will create structural/mechanical 3D models and detailed plans for site development, drainage, and infrastructure projects using Revit/CAD.

You will train less experienced staff, manage CAD workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality plan sets for agency approval.

Qualifications

Associates degree with 6+ years of related experience or GED with 8+ years of related experience.
Proficiency with Revit, Microsoft Office, and BlueBeam.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Produce full BIM/CAD drawings and plan sets from concept to final details using Revit and CAD.
Develop 3D models, layouts, and profiles for site development, drainage, and utilities.
Set up and manage CAD workspace, files, and documentation.
Perform QA/QC on own work and review others' work for design conflicts.
Communicate progress and deadlines with project team and adjust as needed.
Assist training of junior BIM technicians and support staff.
