Job summary

Quiddity is seeking a Senior BIM Technician to support engineers, designers, and drafters in producing full BIM and CAD drawings using Revit/CAD. You will develop 3D models, layouts, and details, ensure quality and agency-ready plan sets, and assist in training junior staff.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You’ll join a multidisciplinary civil engineering and planning firm with a long-standing build portfolio.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 3+ years progressively complex BIM/drafting experience.
• Proficiency with BIM/CAD software and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM/CAD drawings, layouts, plans, and profiles from concept to detailed finish.
• Coordinate with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and standards.
• Perform QA/QC and assist in training junior staff.
• Manage CAD workspace, documents, and revision processes.
• Communicate progress and deadlines to project team.
