Job summary

Foster + Partners in San Francisco is seeking a Designer to contribute to high-profile architectural projects. This permanent, full-time role places you with multidisciplinary teams, developing drawings, models and visualisations while refining design options from concept to delivery.

You will grow your technical capabilities in a collaborative environment, bring a strong portfolio, work across media, and take ownership of tasks with initiative and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Evidence of a good design understanding, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Ability to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a design project.
• Self-motivation and the confidence to take ownership of your work.
• Initiative and a proactive approach to managing day-to-day responsibilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of an effective team.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Experience using Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator, InDesign, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, along with diverse rendering software would be advantageous.

As a Designer at Foster + Partners, you'll help shape innovative and inspiring architectural projects, working alongside talented multidisciplinary teams to bring design concepts to life.
