Taylor Technical Services, Inc. seeks a Senior BIM Modeller / Multi‑Discipline BIM Coordinator in a 6‑month contract (possible extension). Hybrid or remote in Houston, TX, with start date immediately. Requires 7+ years in BIM, 3+ years coordinating federated models, and strong Revit/Navisworks skills.

You'll own federated models, manage clash detection, and drive documentation from model to fabrication outputs, coordinating with engineering and shop teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years BIM modelling, with at least 3 years coordinating federated multi-discipline models.
• Expert-level Revit, including family creation, parametric content, and templates.
• Experience with Navisworks clash detection and coordinating issue resolution.
• Direct experience with electrical power infrastructure is preferred.
• Clear written and spoken English; able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Model production and federation across electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplines.
• Maintain model health, perform purges, audits, and manage worksharing hygiene.
• Coordinate clash tests in Navisworks, triage issues, and publish reports.
• Generate coordination drawings and installation details from the federated model.
• Support fabrication output and respond to field questions during release milestones.
