Job summary

Kairos Power seeks a skilled BIM Senior Engineer I, Civil Structures, to lead BIM strategy and Revit-centric workflows for civil projects at our Alameda, CA site. You will manage CDE, BEPs, and model coordination across disciplines, driving data-rich digital delivery.

Strong leadership and Revit expertise are essential for implementing standards and library content. You will mentor teams, oversee clash detection with Navisworks, and ensure high-quality BIM deliverables across the project

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in AECO with 5+ years in BIM management/coordination (structural/civil).
• Expert-level Revit Structure with complex project portfolios.
• Navisworks coordination and clash detection experience.
• Proven ability to create/manage advanced Revit families and templates.
• Experience in nuclear or regulated environments is a plus.
• Drafting/designer background across engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM strategy and Revit-centric workflows for civil structures.
• Coordinate across disciplines; manage CDE and BEPs.
• Oversee clash detection meetings using Navisworks.
• Develop library of standardized Revit families for civil elements.
• Mentor teams on Revit modeling, data management, and collaboration.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project standards and QA.
