Qualifications

• BA or BS in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or Interior Design.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting BIM in a mid-to-large firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards.
• Experience creating and maintaining Revit families, templates, and libraries.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Revit environments and resolve model performance and software issues.
• Develop and maintain office BIM standards, templates, families, and libraries.
• Train staff with varying technical skill levels and lead workshops or lunch-and-learns.
• Manage BIM execution plans and standardize workflows across project teams.
• Support interoperability between Revit and CAD, IFC, Navisworks, and Rhino.
• Maintain work sharing, central models, and cloud collaboration practices.
• Provide efficient ticketing/help-desk style support and prioritize multiple requests under deadlines.
• Apply QA/QC procedures and industry standards to ensure model accuracy.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants, translating technical concepts into practical guidance.
