Job summary
Relativity in Seattle is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to ensure accurate and timely invoicing across SaaS, licenses, and services for a global customer base.
You will own billing queues, update SOPs, and collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Legal to optimize the order-to-cash process and drive efficiency through automation.
The role requires 5+ years of invoicing experience and strong ERP/Excel skills; familiarity with Zuora, Salesforce or Workday is a plus.
Qualifications
- 5+ years invoicing and billing experience, preferably with SaaS products and a global customer base.
- Experience with usage-based billing and multiple billing models.
- Proficiency in Zuora, Salesforce or Workday and large ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Process wide range of contracts across product lines and global customers.
- Manage billing cycles for SaaS, licenses, and services.
- Own billing queues and update SOPs; support onboarding and training.
- Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, SalesOps, and Legal.
- Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and automation.
