Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join the Order-to-Cash team. You will manage invoicing, contract processing, and billing documentation across product lines, serving critical customer accounts and supporting cross-functional projects.

Remote/hybrid work is available in the US. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in invoicing and billing, with SaaS experience, proficiency in Zuora/Salesforce/Workday, and strong Excel and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of invoicing and billing experience, preferably with SaaS products and a global customer base.
• Proficiency with Zuora, Salesforce, and Workday.
• Experience implementing process improvements and leveraging technology.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration across multiple participants.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech company is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process the full range of contracts across all product lines for a global customer base.
• Handle all deal types: new business, add-ons, renewals, replacements, terminations, extensions, and hybrid/transition models.
• Execute month-end and mid-month billing cycles across all product lines for SaaS, license, and services.
• Assist with the Finance Queue and Salesforce billing tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage customer usage balance, license extensions, and new license requests.
• Maintain and update Billing SOPs, and assist with team onboarding and training.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve billing process efficiency, including AI tools and automation.
• Lead or assist with billing-related project work including pricing changes, new product launches, and process improvements.
• Own key customer accounts and serve as a subject matter expert for billing inquiries and escalations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Legal.
• Support ad-hoc projects, periodic external audits, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Be part of a global team with a strong focus on teamwork, support, and guidance.
