Qualifications
- Experience leading senior and staff engineers.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Experience building backend and frontend components.
- Strong planning, team-building, and delivery discipline.
- Proven track record of hiring, onboarding, and mentoring.
- Excellent communication and ability to justify decisions.
- Experience with distributed systems and financial infrastructure.
