We’re looking for a Senior Billing & Collections Manager to lead and transform our billing and collections operations. This is a key leadership role within the Finance organization, responsible for driving accuracy, efficiency, and modernization across the entire order-to-cash lifecycle. You’ll manage a team of billing and collections professionals, serve as the escalation point for complex issues, and partner cross-functionally to optimize processes that directly impact revenue and customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience leading teams in high-growth SaaS or B2B environments. You have a track record of automating manual processes, implementing modern billing systems, and improving collections performance through data and technology. You’re passionate about scaling operations and making an impact through continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead and grow the Billing and Collections team with a focus on high performance and accountability

· Oversee accurate, timely invoicing and drive effective collections strategies to improve cash flow

· Serve as a key partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to align billing and collections with business goals

· Modernize and automate billing and AR processes to reduce manual effort and increase scalability

· Implement tools, workflows, and system enhancements that improve accuracy, visibility, and efficiency

· Develop reporting and analytics to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive strategic decisions

· Ensure compliance with internal controls, revenue recognition policies, and audit requirements

What We’re Looking For:

· 7+ years of experience in billing, collections, or AR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity

· Proven success implementing process improvements and automation in SaaS or subscription-based environments

· Proven ability to lead teams in high-growth, SaaS or subscription-based business environments

· Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, revenue cycle management, and financial systems (Salesforce, Great Plains, Netsuite, or equivalent)

· Develop reporting and analytics to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive strategic decisions

· Ensure compliance with internal controls, revenue recognition policies, and audit requirements

· Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

· Track record of implementing system improvements and process optimizations

· Strong financial acumen and familiarity with GAAP, revenue recognition, and internal controls

· Experience working with large data sets and using them to inform strategy

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
