Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Sr. Consultant with energy and utilities billing experience to support daily billing operations in our Miami area client delivery. You will resolve complex billing issues, ensure accurate customer billing, and contribute to system enhancements in SAP ISU environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams, data validation using Excel, and leveraging AI tools to improve billing processes. Travel is expected as client needs require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or master's strongly preferred.
• Experience in Energy and Utilities domain.
• SAP ISU billing experience (Meter to Cash).

Responsibilities

• Support daily billing operations and resolve complex billing issues.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams; use JIRA, Qmetry, Teams, Outlook.
• Provide functional expertise on billing systems in SAP and CIS environments.
• Create and maintain documentation for billing processes and workflows.
