Job summary

Infosys invites a Package Consultant 3 to drive SAP ISU Billing and Invoicing implementations across utilities sectors in North America, UK, and Europe. You will analyze processes, design integration strategies, and lead large-scale data migrations with a focus on performance and security.

The role emphasizes client engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering compliant, scalable ERP solutions within a global services framework.

Qualifications

Experience in application maintenance & implementation projects, especially ISU from SAP ISU Billing and Invoicing.
Experience across Electricity, Gas & Water Utilities in NA/UK/Europe regions.
Client facing experience and ability to drive a team.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications.
Define and develop solution architecture, guiding customization and integration efforts.
Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and develop critical software with the development team.
Lead data migration strategies ensuring data integrity across implementations.
Implement performance optimization, security protocols, and audits.
