Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum five years in legal billing, collections, or revenue cycle management, preferably in a law firm.
• Previous supervisory experience leading billing or accounting personnel.
• Aderant experience required, including billing workflows and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

• Oversee billing and collections operations and team performance.
• Manage pre-bill review, e-billing, invoicing, and adjustments.
• Drive collections strategies to improve cash flow and reduce AR.
• Collaborate with attorneys and Finance leadership to resolve issues.
• Monitor WIP/AR, and provide reports to leadership.
