Job summary

Fivetran, headquartered in Oakland, is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable & Billing to lead our global billing and AR operations during a major transformation. You will oversee invoicing, credits, reconciliations, and controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

In this hybrid role, you’ll partner with Finance, GTM, Product, Legal, and Compliance while building a scalable, auditable operation that can support the upcoming integration and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in accounts receivable, billing, order-to-cash or related finance functions.
• 3+ years of direct people-management in distributed/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end billing operations, incl. invoicing, delivery, amendments, credits, corrections, reconciliations, and exception management.
• Design, implement, document, and monitor billing controls, reconciliations, and change-management procedures.
• Drive data readiness and automation initiatives for the February 1, 2027 cutover and downstream readiness.
