Job summary

GLOVIS America, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Billings Analyst to manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes and ensure timely, accurate customer billings. You will oversee invoicing for various billing types and support revenue recognition.

You will generate invoices, train analysts, verify data, run AR reports in Power BI, and collaborate with Vehicle Logistics and Port Processing to improve processes while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3–5 years of direct experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
• 4–7 years of direct experience in Finance, Accounting, Billing, and/or Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all types of billing to customers per requirements and transactions from Vehicle Logistics and Port Processing.
• Create and/or process AR invoices: Standard Transportation, Port Processing, Port Stock Transfers, Cross-Shipments, and PIO parts.
• Train incoming billing analysts and ensure accuracy of billing data.
• Produce AR reports and support revenue tracking using Power BI.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely billing.
