Job summary

Zohorecruit in Jersey City, NJ, seeks a Senior Bilingual Infrastructure Access & UAT Environment Specialist to lead secure access design and UAT readiness for multi-phase platform migrations in a regulated financial services setting.

You will define RBAC, manage privileged access, configure UAT environments for Phase 2 and 3, validate interfaces to FORS/MORS, and provide hands-on support during QA and go-live cycles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, environment management, or enterprise platform support.
• Demonstrated experience implementing RBAC and privileged access management in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting QA, UAT, and production deployments for enterprise financial systems.
• Experience configuring and validating system interfaces and data feeds across complex downstream ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, role-based access models aligned with enterprise security policies across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments.
• Define and configure RBAC frameworks, including privileged access controls for developers, testers, and business users.
• Develop access matrices, provisioning workflows, and audit-ready documentation packages.
• Provision and configure UAT environments to support Phase 2 (managerial) and Phase 3 (financial accounting) platform migrations.
• Configure and validate interfaces and data feeds between FOX, FORS/MORS, and downstream systems (e.g., PRIMAs, MARX, Oracle GL, Lakehouse, RDB, EDW).
• Support environment refreshes, data loads, deployment cycles, and connectivity validation.

The Americas technology team supports complex trading, risk, and financial platforms that underpin critical business functions.
