• Develop data parity validation strategies between legacy systems and lakehouse outputs.

How You Will Make An Impact

Requirements

Are you an experienced Bilingual IT Business Analyst ready to lead enterprise data governance transformation?

• 5 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or enterprise data environments.
• Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and verbal) required.
• Strong experience leading stakeholder interviews, workshops, and cross-functional governance forums.
• Proven expertise in enterprise data flow analysis, system dependency mapping, and data lineage documentation.
• Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements in structured environments.
• Familiarity with RDB systems, data lakehouse architectures, and Golden Source strategies.
• Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, parity testing, and defect triage governance.
• Experience supporting large-scale system migrations or transformation programs.
• Excellent documentation, traceability, and governance discipline.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills within regulated financial institutions preferred.
