Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Mobility Energy Business Division in the U.S. This role partners with U.S.

operations and the Japan HQ to deliver insightful financial guidance and clear management reporting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FP&A within manufacturing, strong English and Japanese proficiency, and experience with SAP/Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A or management accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Bilingual in English and Japanese with strong communication skills
• Experience with IFRS-based accounting and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly/monthly forecasts, and mid-term plans
• Analyze manufacturing cost structures (materials, labor, overhead) and capital investments
• Coordinate U.S. and Japan financial reporting and close processes
• Prepare financial presentations and materials for management reviews and executive meetings
