Georgetown University seeks a senior bilingual patient navigator for the Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Prevention to lead community outreach, assist patients with access to breast, cervical, colon, and lung cancer screenings, and partner with community organizations to improve care pathways.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, 5+ years in patient navigation and community engagement, fluency in English and Spanish, and weekend availability; you will design navigation

Qualifications

• At least Bachelor’s degree in health-related field is required.
• At least 5‑years’ experience working with patient navigation and community engagement. More experience is preferable.
• Proficiency in conversational English and Spanish.
• Must have flexibility to work at least one weekend a month.

Responsabilités

• Navigate patients to cancer screening, diagnostic and treatment services
• Proactive outreach to community partners and primary care practices to identify new collaborators
• Creating revised navigation workflows and metrics that align with evidence‑based guidelines
• Train new navigation team members and provide expertise on metrics collection and reporting
• Work closely with center leadership to identify and design new services relevant to cancer prevention and survivorship
• Work with data manager to collate and report navigation‑related metrics for internal and external reports
