Job summary

Sun & Ski Sports is seeking an experienced All Shop Lead for our Bike and Snow Service Center. You will perform advanced bicycle, ski, and snowboard service, guide technicians, and ensure top‑tier workmanship while engaging directly with customers to assess needs and deliver effective solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on repair, training, quality control, and operational support to keep service standards high and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• One year of lead shop experience or demonstrated experience serving as a senior technician.
• Two years of bicycle shop, ski shop, service center, or related retail experience.
• Strong knowledge of bicycle assembly, repair, diagnostics, ski tuning, and snowboard service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service operations within the Bike and Snow Shop.
• Perform advanced bicycle repairs, ski tuning, snowboard tuning, and equipment assembly.
• Assist with training and development of service technicians.
• Maintain quality control standards for completed work.
• Support stores with various sizes and sales volumes.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for customers and associates.
