Job summary

Meissner is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist II to design, develop, and manage BI solutions across multiple business units in a manufacturing environment. You will build enterprise BI reports and dashboards using Microsoft technologies, develop ETL processes, and optimize data models for faster insights.

You will lead requirements sessions, translate business needs into technical specs, and mentor junior staff while maintaining thorough BI documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Data Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience developing BI reports, dashboards, and data solutions.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with multiple BI tools.
• Experience with ETL tools and Azure Data Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise‑level BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop complex ETL processes and manage data warehouse objects.
• Create and optimize data models for report performance.
