Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business intelligence or related fields.
• 4‑year bachelor’s degree.
• Thorough knowledge of BI software (e.g., Greenfield, DOMO, Tableau, Power BI).
• Proven leadership skills, including team management and development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinking, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute initiatives.
• Proficiency in a proven project management methodology.
• Ability to understand macro‑environment trends and apply curiosity to the global landscape.
• Experience analyzing information to guide business decisions and manage project plans and resources.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and empowering team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that designs, develops, markets, and maintains business intelligence solutions.
• Design, plan, and implement large‑scale initiatives using established project management principles.
• Curate data for major reporting venues such as ESG Reporting, QBR, and ERM.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven insights to support updates to Target policies, goals, and initiatives.
• Leverage data, analytics, and reports to support purchasing practices and product development throughout the lifecycle.
• Build coalitions and lead scalable initiatives in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain proposals that clearly define business cases and use cases, sustaining resources for new and emerging strategies.
• Implement new and emerging business strategies and capabilities to advance responsible sourcing performance.
• Act as a liaison between overseas buyers, product developers, and partners, managing global relationships and ensuring compliance with responsible practices.
