Risus Talent Partners LLC is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our growing Data & Analytics team in Newtown Square, PA. This hands-on role requires turning business needs into scalable data and reporting solutions, with expert SQL and strong experience in modern data environments.

You'll design data models, build transformations with dbt, develop Power BI dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions, while ensuring data

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in BI, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
• Strong experience with Power BI and working knowledge of DAX.
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Postgres, or SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with data pipelines and ELT processes.

Responsabilidades

We're looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join a growing Data & Analytics team in Newtown Square, PA.

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who can hit the ground running, work independently through complex data problems, and turn business needs into scalable data and reporting solutions. We're looking for someone with expert-level SQL skills, strong experience with modern data environments, and the technical judgment to not only build solutions, but validate that they're accurate and effective.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and reporting solutions
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries
• Build data transformations using dbt
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions in Power BI
• Work with cloud data warehouses and multiple enterprise data sources

What We're Looking For
