Job summary

TLN Worldwide Enterprises Inc. seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support the PRiMES enterprise system. You will gather requirements, document processes, and translate needs into clear user stories, test cases, and training materials.

Collaborate with government stakeholders, developers, QA, and data teams to ensure accurate requirements, robust QA, and effective reporting and dashboards within a federal enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system enhancement needs.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, and government stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Support analysis of modules, reports, dashboards, and user-facing functionality.
• Identify gaps between current processes and system capabilities and recommend improvements.
• Assist with stakeholder interviews, working sessions, requirements reviews, and design discussions.
• Support testing activities, including test planning, case creation, and defect tracking.
• Lead or participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Prepare functional documentation, reports, SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
