Job summary

Teleion in Seattle is seeking a Business Intelligence Project Manager who combines strong BI expertise with project leadership. You will own end-to-end BI initiatives, collaborating with data engineers and analysts while guiding architecture choices and delivery timelines.

You will lead scoping, resourcing, execution, and communications for cross-functional teams, mentoring juniors and acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project/program management experience in BI/data analytics.
• Hands-on Databricks experience with data pipelines/notebooks/workflows.
• Fluent SQL with Python and cloud data platforms (AWS/Redshift).
• Experience guiding BI/analytics tooling decisions (Looker/Tableau/Power BI/QuickSight).
• Strong stakeholder management with external clients and teams.
• Knowledge of data governance and ETL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of BI/analytics projects from scoping to execution.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Translate business requirements into technical scope and plans.
• Communicate with stakeholders, surface risks early, and manage expectations.
• Mentor junior team members and liaison between technical and business stakeholders.
