Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Program Analyst to support the DISA J6 C4E. This on-site role at Fort Meade requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and offers a salary of $125,000 to $130,000 annually plus benefits.

You will develop and implement BI tools, dashboards, and data models, leveraging Power BI, Tableau, and the Microsoft Power Platform to improve reporting, analytics, and automation. On-site work and security compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, business, economics, or a related field.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 5–7 years of related experience in BI and scheduling.
• Extensive experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL, DAX, and version control.
• Experience with classified systems and government environments.
• Strong communication, writing, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support BI tools and dashboards development for reporting capabilities.
• Collect, manage, and analyze data for actionable insights.
• Develop data visualizations and reports to communicate trends.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of BI outputs.
• Collaborate with program teams and leadership to deliver solutions.
• Design and maintain BI systems (Power BI, Tableau) and data models.
• Perform ETL tasks and optimize report performance.
• Provide user training and support for BI dashboards.
• Maintain documentation and manage version control.
• Assist with security settings and user access controls.
