Agile Defense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data / Intelligence Analyst to support the MSDA Unit within the Criminal Division. The role focuses on developing business process solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, data-driven decision support, and stakeholder collaboration.

Office location is Merrifield, VA, with Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility required. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of data analysis experience, strong data management skills, and expertise in Power Platform, Power BI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 or more years of data analysis experience.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility Required
• 5 years or more of data management experience
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and automated workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement solutions using MS Power Platform and other tools.
• Maintain and update customer databases and processes.
• Identify and implement data process improvements.
• Analyze large datasets to identify and interpret patterns and areas of interest.
• Develop and present visualizations and data analysis results.
• Collaborate with customer internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc meetings, briefings, and other customer activities.
