Job summary

AgileEngine, a leading software partner, seeks a Senior BI Product Manager to own Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes, turning data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product to surface friction and define data-driven opportunities.

You'll author PRDs and roadmaps, ensuring accurate downstream data for billing and revenue recognition, with ERP/CPQ familiarity guiding your decisions. This role offers remote work with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS/tech.
• Experience with Financial Systems, FinSys BI, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations.
• Solid grasp of accounting terminology, the contract lifecycle, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Exceptional communication skills and high energy, with proactive outreach to map processes.
• Proven ability to validate pricing, order, and contract data for dashboards.
• Strong analytical, process mapping, and documentation skills for non-technical specs.
• Familiarity with ERP/CPQ data flows into BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across internal FinSys teams and finance leadership to surface friction points.
• Connect operational pain points to BI/AI opportunities and surface data needs.
• Author clean PRDs, roadmaps, and non-technical business requirements with TDMs and engineers.
• Ensure complex financial processes are accurately captured in downstream data products.
