Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior BI Product Manager to lead data-driven decisions across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes.

You’ll translate operational friction into actionable analytics, partnering with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product to shape data, AI/ML opportunities, and ERP/CPQ data integration. Strong experience in financial systems, FP&A data, and revenue operations is essential, with ability to define non-technical business requirements for technical delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in Financial Systems, FinSys BI, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations in SaaS or tech environments.
• Solid grasp of core accounting terminology, the contract lifecycle, billing, entitlement, and downstream revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Exceptional communication skills and high energy, with proactive outreach to map processes and drive alignment.
• Proven ability to validate pricing, order, and contract data for troubleshooting, reporting, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across internal FinSys teams and finance leadership to surface operational friction points.
• Connect operational pain points to BI, ML, and AI opportunities, exposing data needs.
• Author clean PRDs and roadmaps, partnering with TDMs and engineering to implement solutions.
• Ensure complex financial processes (quoting, deal structuring, billing, revenue recognition) are captured in downstream data products.
