Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Product Manager to own financial data initiatives across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash. You will transform operational friction into data, analytics, and AI opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product.

Role requires strong ERP/CPQ exposure, 5+ years in FinSys BI or revenue operations, and excellent communication to map processes and drive alignment across global teams. 100% remote role in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management in Financial Systems, FinSys BI, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations in SaaS/tech.
• Authorized to work in the US with no visa sponsorship available.
• Solid grasp of accounting terms, contract lifecycle, billing, entitlement, and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Excellent written/spoken communication and high energy for cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to validate pricing, orders, and contract data for dashboards and reporting.
• Strong analytical, process-mapping, and documentation skills for non-technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across FinSys teams and finance leadership to surface friction points.
• Translate business needs into BI, ML, and AI opportunities from data insights.
• Author PRDs, roadmaps, and business requirements with TDMs and engineering teams.
• Ensure quoting, deal structuring, billing, and revenue recognition are captured in downstream data products.
