Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to build Power BI reports and analyses across warehouse and eCommerce operations. You will partner with Operations, Finance, IT, and Data Engineering to turn data into actionable insights that improve productivity and capacity.

This remote role offers a first-shift schedule with occasional travel, a competitive salary of $92,000–$120,000 plus a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.
• 4+ years in BI or analytics for operations.
• Experience with 3PL or warehouse operations.
• Strong SQL and data modeling understanding.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Power BI reports and dashboards from requirements to deployment.
• Develop DAX measures and semantic models for performance.
• Analyze operational performance: volume, labor, capacity.
• Write SQL to validate data from warehouse and timekeeping systems.
• Document KPI definitions and data lineage.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT to drive improvements.
• Automate recurring reporting and implement validation checks.
