ADP is seeking a Senior BI Manager (Individual Contributor) for the HR Outsourcing Analytics group. The role focuses on developing dashboards and reports, turning data into value-driven insights to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in BI/Analytics or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Advanced proficiency in ETL development using SQL, Python, Alteryx or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in BI/data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and Excel.
• Experience with relational databases, large datasets, and analytical data models.
• Strong business acumen and ability to present insights visually and verbally.
• Technical expertise in data mining, segmentation, and diagnostic analytics.
• Proficiency in prescriptive analytics and hypothesis testing.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of processes and requirements to generate insights and visualizations.
• Create dashboards and analytics insights that drive measurable outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, validate data, and ensure accuracy of analytics.
• Apply BI standards to maintain quality of HRO Analytics branding.
• Design and implement intuitive dashboards for easy interpretation and action.
• Coach partners on using dashboards to support decision-making.
• Lead analytics initiatives from requirements to adoption.
